iPhone Klingeltöne kostenlos
Ein wenig Zeit übrig? Klingeltöne kann man mit einem Trick auch in iTunes direkt machen!
The Apple Blog offers a way of creating ringtones sans Garage Band or any other third-party software, and all it requires is an up-to-date copy of iTunes and a little time. It uses the start-stop time feature in the audio file’s Get Info area, and requires you to cut the track down to the specific 30 seconds you desire. After that, you just convert the clip to AAC, drop it on your desktop, delete the file from iTunes, change the extension to .m4a or m4r, and then drop it back into iTunes. It’s not the easiest process, but at least it is free.

Wählen Sie innerhalb Ihres gewünschten Songs genau die Stelle (Sekunde), mit der der Klingelton beginnen soll
Mit einem Rechtsklick innerhalb von iTunes auf das Lied, die Informationen zur Datei anzeigen lassen und die Abspieldauer auf die eben notierten Werte begrenzen. (Endzeit = Startzeit + 30 Sekunden)
Im Kontextmenu für das Lied den Punkt „AAC Version erstellen“ anklicken. iTunes konvertiert nun die 30 Sekunden und das Lied erscheint nun zweimal in der Liste.
Per Drag & Drop auf die neue Datei Desktop ablegen und die Endung .m4a in .m4r umbenennen.
In iTunes „Klingelton“ auswählen und über „Datei“, „Datei zur Mediathek hinzufügen“ den Klingelton vom Desktop hinzufügen.
In den Synchronisationseinstellungen „Klingeltöne synchronisieren“ aktivieren
Um den Klingelton jetzt zu übertragen, führen Sie wie gewohnt eine Synchronisierung des iPhones durch

Preview: Powerset the Google killer?
Heute ist frisch die Preview von Powerset.com eingetroffen. Die einschlägigen Quellen in Übersee handeln das junge Unternehmen bereits als echte Google Konkurrenz. Als reichlich finanziertes Startup leistet sich Powerset den Luxus des Crowdsourcing.
Für geringere Anreize dürfen die Auserwählten (so wie ich ) mithelfen, das System besser zu machen.
Hierbei gibt es momentan die obigen 4 Demos. Diese bearbeiten relativ konstruierte Suchanfragen in natürlicher Sprache ab. Konstruiert, da ich leider keinen anderen Satzbau als den vorgeschlagenen verwenden darf. Die Demos drehen sich also um Themen wie Halloween oder Kunst. Immer ein Wort, einer vorgegebenen Anfrage, kann durch ein eigenes Wort ersetzt werden. Im Beispiel: Wo liegt "Rom"? – kann das Wort Rom durch beliebige andere Städte ersetzt werden. 
An der Stelle sei auch noch erwähnt das die Möglichkeit besteht, die Ergebnisse durch Bewerten in der Sortierung zu ändern.
Die Suchergebnisse, sind dann im Gegensatz zum Suchprozess sehr gut.
Nun gibt es ein Ranking aller Benutzer (um 2000), in dem jeweils dargestellt wird, wer am meisten verwertbare Ideen zur Verbesserung des Produkts geliefert hat.
Ergänzt wird das noch durch ein Forum.
Fazit: Es möge keiner mehr sagen, Innovation könne nicht vom "Marktgetriebenen Ansatz" kommen. Powerset beweist, dass mit ordenlicher Finanzierung auch Innovation eingekauft und umgesetzt werden kann.
